Frequently Asked Questions
Our products are manufactured in Lithuania, in a newly built and equipped factory located in Veiveriai, near Kaunas. The manufacturing process is carried out in compliance with the safety and quality requirements of our implemented HACCP self-control system. Because the entire process takes place under one roof, we can easily monitor and refine it.
We set a high bar for all our partners and suppliers, testing both raw materials and finished products in laboratories to guarantee that our rigorous standards are met.
When describing our products, we strictly comply with all applicable legal requirements and choose to provide only clear and verified information. Our consumers can always check the authenticity and validity of this information on the website of EFSA (European Food Safety Authority), the institution responsible for food safety and related information (EFSA | Science, safe food, sustainability).
It is important to note that if specific benefits are not mentioned in a product description, it does not necessarily mean the supplement is ineffective. Until studies are officially completed and approved, such information cannot be legally displayed.
All raw materials we use are carefully selected from trusted and certified suppliers in Europe and other countries worldwide. We choose partners whose quality management systems are verified by internationally recognized certifications, such as GMP, ISO, IFS, BRCGS, and others. Equally important to us are long-term cooperation, transparent communication, and a shared approach to quality. We believe that a strong partnership not only guarantees a stable supply chain, but also allows us to identify potential risks faster, respond quickly to changes, and continuously improve quality assurance processes.
Every raw material we use is evaluated according to clearly defined qualitative and quantitative criteria. Before entering production, raw materials must meet the requirements established in international legal acts and other selection criteria applied during product development, such as solubility and other key physical and chemical properties.
Our formulas are based on scientific insights: we use only high-quality ingredients, include effective amounts, and combine ingredients for maximum synergistic effect, which allows us to avoid empty promises.
The result always correlates with your personal diet. If there are gaps in your diet, dietary supplements fill them, and the changes will be noticeable. If your diet is already well-balanced, the benefits of supplements will be deeper, aimed at supporting the body's reserves.
It is important to remember that dietary supplements are not a quick fix for a problem, but rather a long-term investment in your well-being and longevity.
The main rule of taking dietary supplements is consistency and regularity. Only supplements taken regularly every day provide long-term positive benefits, as they help replenish the body's nutrient reserves, giving it everything it needs to ensure good health and functionality on its own.
The time of day when supplements are taken does not have much influence; if it does, it is more related to the specific substance being consumed rather than the general principle of supplement use, and this will usually be indicated on the product packaging.
It is recommended to take dietary supplements in cycles. Usually, one cycle of a supplement is contained in a single package, but it can be more, in which case it is typically specified in the product description. Once you start taking a supplement, it is recommended to complete the full cycle and take a one-month break before starting a new cycle of the same supplement; however, there are supplements that can be taken without breaks. If you forget to take a supplement, simply skip that day and continue your course as usual. Most importantly, do not take a double dose the next day to avoid exceeding the recommended daily allowance.
Supplements should always be tailored to your diet. Since they are not intended to replace food, but only to supplement it, it is necessary to evaluate the deficiencies in your diet and select the product that is right for you accordingly.
For optimal absorption, most dietary supplements are best taken with or after food, as this is when the digestive system is activated.
To know if you need dietary supplements, you must first evaluate your daily diet—if your diet is varied and contains enough essential nutrients, meat, fish, eggs, dairy, fruits, and vegetables, then supplements will not have a significant impact. However, if your diet is limited and the same every day, supplements will help fill in the gaps.
Seasonality also plays a role—a change in the variety of fresh produce, lifestyle, or even daylight duration can lead to a higher need for certain nutrients.
Finally, consider your individual needs—perhaps you want to nourish your hair and skin, work long hours and experience extra stress, or plan to start exercising? It is important to adjust your nutrition to your specific situation, and dietary supplements can be an excellent way to enrich your diet.
If you are unsure whether there are gaps in your diet or want to know exactly what is missing, we recommend getting blood tests done and tailoring your diet and supplements based on the specific results.
You may come across the term "standardized" next to the plant extracts in our store. Although at first glance it might seem that this term should be related to compliance with a national or international standard, that is not entirely true. This term indicates that the ingredient is manufactured so that every product batch meets specified quality metrics.
Plant extracts are ingredients of natural origin, and nature is variable. The substances accumulated by plants and their amounts depend on sunlight, rainfall, and many other factors. Standardized extracts are produced using additional extraction, concentration, and purification methods, thus guaranteeing that the extract will always contain the specific active ingredient and that its amounts will never be lower than indicated on the label.
