Usually order is shipped the same or the next day after you place it. We work with the best shipping companies in business, so your order will be delivered to you by DPD, Fedex or other carrier company selected for each country individually. If you have special requirements related to your delivery, you can contact us by live chat box or e-mail and we will satisfy your needs.
If your order is placed before 11:00 am, the shipment will be made on the same day. But if particular goods are not available in stock, we will send them to you as soon as possible. You can contact us to check if the item you want is in our warehouse. If any details about your shipment or order change, we will contact you right away.
Shipping in EU usually takes 1-3 working days through EXPRESS, 4-6 working days through STANDARD, 8-15 working days through ECONOMY, shipping worldwide takes 3-4 weeks. Post will deliver your order if you live not in the EU territory and to countries where packstations work (f.e. Norway, Germany or USA). Shipping costs differ depending on parcel weight and location (from 5 EUR to 25 EUR). We offer free shipment to our customers to majority of EU countries, if value of your order is more than 65 EUR. There are no limits on your parcel weight. Our items charges include all taxes for almost all European countries no additional charges will be made. But if you are based not in the European Union your shipment may be subject to some additional import taxes.
Please note that if your country prefers packstations your delivery will be sent to your private address or using services of unregistered mail. Please check your address before placing an order. If your address will not be correct the package will be sent back to us restock and re-post fees applies.

Our items' charges usually include all taxes. For almost all European countries no additional charges will be made. But if you are based not in the European Union your shipment may be subject to some additional taxes. Most of the time these charges are really individual, therefore, they should be discussed individually on a case-by-case basis.
Note that in some countries certain limitations may apply or the import of some particular products may be prohibited. That’s why it is recommended to get familiarized with the specific features of the national requirements regarding the importation of the products you want. If a specific health supplement is prohibited in your country or within your region, it will probably be sent back to us, impounded, or even damaged while carrying out different procedures, so there is the risk that you will not receive your package. If your package is sent back to us, we will return the money that had been paid. But remember that this process can take from 6 to 10 weeks and your shipping costs will not be refunded. Customs of different countries can arrest our shipments and withhold them for long period of time – as long as they have a reason to act so. Our company is not responsible for incidents of such type and we have no control over any of customs. Please note that there is no specific or fixed duration of shipping. But you will be notified of the delivery in the morning of the delivery day if your order is shipped via DHL. Because of that you need to provide us with your valid contact information – mobile phone number or/and email address. You will get a notification of the expected time of delivery via contacts you provided. Remember that although the time span is estimated, it might change due to different reasons, and if we can’t control such reasons we don’t assume any responsibility for changes in the delivery time.
If your parcel is shipped via Post but you didn't receive it when expected, you can use the tracking number to check your package location. In case you were not at home or at other delivery address at the time of the delivery, it is possible that clerks of Post have left it at your neighbours place. If for any reason your delivery disappears and you can't locate it using the tracking number, then please be sure to contact us with your tracking number and we will do everything what can be done to settle this matter by getting in touch with Post. Please note that this process can take up to few days.
If you are not satisfied with our product or service, you can return items to us and we will refund your payment. In such case you should contact us at email@example.com. Remember that you can return our product just within 14 working days after your shipment is delivered to you. That’s why you should ship goods to us as soon as possible.

If you don’t provide this information to us, we will not be able to process your return and refund your money.
If you will not give us the exact information, your order may be sent back to us. In this case, you will not get your order delivered. Then you should contact us and leave us the right information where the package should be sent. Additional charges will apply.
If you would like to return goods to us, you can ask for refund. We have to inform you that you can get back your order money amount except shipping cost and 20% restock fee. We can refund your money after we get back the order from you, so you have to send your order back to us as soon as possible. Your money will be refunded in 10 working days after the parcel is sent back to us. Refund will always be made to the same bank account from which you had made the payment.
You have to pack the shipment securely and our goods can’t have postage labels or any other shipping marks. In order to ensure the package safety we recommend a more expensive – tracked shipping service, but this is entirely your choice.
Any products with damaged or opened packages are strictly not returnable. If damaged or opened packages will be sent back to us, we will not return money.
