GOAT strain
This is my favourite kratom strain. It's forgiving in dosage if you overshoot (hard to get nausea), extremely relaxing yet functional and lasts for several hours. It won't technically be the best value for money- my ideal dose is 8g with sometimes a 3g redose two hours later, compared to my white and green doses of no more than 5g- but it's well worth it for the just objectively BETTER effects. You might not notice it walking around because it's so functional, but the second you sit down you're just awash with a sense of peace and comfort. I'm not sure if this is more advertisement than review now but trust, if you're struggling to choose a strain, go for this one. It even tastes ever so slightly less repulsive than other strains.

Liked the effects
First couple times I tried this I thought it was useless, upped the dose and was quite surprised and enjoyed the feeling it gave me. Not a great taste though

Perfect for anxiety
First time user of Kratom, I chose this one due to having anxiety disorder for past few years. Only took a microscoop and felt relaxed all day, with effects lasting next day as well. Didn't make me feel sleepy during the day, just lazy.
I've tried no end of supplements and so far this one has worked best for me. So impressed !
Just need one now for motivation.
