1. What payment methods are available at rawpowders.co.uk?

All payments can be made by all major debit or credit cards (Mastercard or Visa) or using PaySera. Payments are debited and cleared before we send to you the goods you have ordered.

2. How long does it take for my order to ship and what are the shipping costs?

Shipping in EU usually takes 7-12 working days. Shipping worldwide takes 3-4 weeks. Shipping 
Your package will be delivered by Royal Mail, TNT or DPD delivery services. 
Royal Mail will deliver your order if you live not in the EU territory and to countries where packstations work  (f.e. Norway, Germany or USA).
If you live in EU countries where packstations does not work your package will be delivered in 4-6 days by DPD delivery services. 
If you would like to receive your order in 1-2 days, your order will be transfer through TNT delivery services. In this case shipping taxes are 20 EUR.  
Shipping costs differ depending on parcel weight (from 5 EUR to 20 EUR). We offer free shipment to our customers to majority of EU countries, if value of your order is more than 55 EUR. There are no limits on your parcel weight. 

 Our items' charges usually include all taxes. For almost all European countries no additional charges will be made. But if you are based not in the European Union your shipment may be subject to some additional taxes.

4. Is there a chance that my order will be seized by the Customs?

Your order is absolutely safe as we ship from EU, there will be no problems with the Customs.
As we ship our product from EU, 98% of our shipments reach the destination place on time without any disturbances. Problems with customs may occur for clients living in non EU countries, even though 90% of the shipments to non EU countries still reach its destination on time.

5. Where and how my order is packaged?

We always ship in discreet extra strong packaging with absolutely no indication of the products being delivered. There is no indication from the outside of the packet the contents or who it was sent by, the courier will not even know the contents of the package. 6. Why does it take so long for my shipment to arrive?

If you have placed the order until 11 am (time zone UTC+02:00), it will be shipped on the same day and will (most usually) reach the destination in 7 days. Although, it happens that shipments take up to 14 days to arrive as the timing directly depends on the work of the post office. We are truly sorry for the inconveniences it might make but there is little we can do about it. We put all our effort into keeping our clients happy.
